What is your shipping policy?
- We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours however, orders placed during promotional sales may experience slight delays.
- Any order over $200 that is shipping to a US address is eligible for free shipping using a courier of our choice.
- It will typically take 3-7 business days for your package to arrive once processed depending on geographical location.
- During promotional deals we are not able to offer expedited shipping. Shipping will typically take 3 to 7 business days.
You will receive an order confirmation email letting you know we have received your order and it is being prepped for shipment. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your junk folder before reaching out to us.

All orders are shipped from Miami, FL.
How will my order ship?
Most products ship via FedEx, or USPS ground.
How can I track delivery of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
To track your order, simply click the link and you will be redirected to either the UPS, FedEx, or USPS website depending on who shipped your product. You can also track your order in your order history on our website.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship internationally and international shipping rates will apply. Additionally, some countries outside the United States may require import tax, duties and related customs fees. These costs are not covered in the payment you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the customs office of the destination country.
