1. For the first time, you need to plug the USB charging cable to the charging Jack, and the other end connected to an external power supply. 2. Clean the skin thoroughly before use.

3. Press switch button 5 for 3 seconds until the LCD display is bright red, the device is set to the default setting. 

Settings: Hot compress (107-113 degrees Farenheit), Hot compress with sonic vibration.
